Returns and Refunds:

• Return Policy: Customers can request an online return within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, bathing-suits, body & bath products may be non-returnable.

Shipping Information:

• We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, we typically ship within 5-7 business days using USPS Ground Advantage. In some cases, products are made to order, which may affect processing times. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Increased order volume from the HGTV show Hometown Takeover Season 3 may also impact delivery times.
