Lost or Damaged Shipment Policy

We take pride in ensuring your products are carefully packaged and shipped. However, in the rare instance of a lost or damaged shipment, the following policy applies:

Filing a Claim

Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. Please provide any necessary documentation, such as proof of purchase and photos of the damaged package.

Insurance Coverage

All packages are insured up to $100 through the shipping carrier. If your claim is approved, the carrier will reimburse up to the insured amount.

Additional Insurance

Sebring Soap Company does not purchase additional insurance coverage for shipments.
